This On-line Entry Form can be used for teams to enter the Classic Fours Tournament to be held on Sunday 11th March 2012.

Entry will be acknowledged when you click Submit.
 
Entry fees can be finalised by:
1. Cheque to Danny Dick at 14 Sugar Gum Drive, DOREEN  3754
2. Paid any Friday night at Happy Hour to Danny Dick, or           
3. Paid on the day when registering.
