Welcome to Diamond Creek Bowling Club, a club with much history, bowling achievements and friendship, is situated in a quiet & scenic setting with good parking and close to the railway station and shopping centre.

Lawn bowls is a challenging and enjoyable sport, suitable for all ages and both genders. We have husbands & wives, fathers and sons, all enjoying a great sport at a well equipped club.

At Diamond Creek we have synthetic greens which means that you can bowl 12 months of the year, unlike clubs with grass greens that are usually closed 4 months of the year. This means better value for members.

Types of membership

New bowlers

For the new bowler who has not bowled before, membership fees are waived for the first year. This means that you can enjoy all the facilities of the club without paying membership fees. We know that after you have had lessons that you can then concentrate on purchasing bowls and clothing during your first year. If you decide to play pennant then the appropriate affiliation fees are required to be paid, but these are relatively low cost. Sets of club bowls may be borrowed at no cost.

Full membership

• Playing Pennant and social bowls at a nominal green fee.
• Competing in club championship games, special events, club tournaments and sponsored events by paying a low green fee.
• Free coaching lessons
• Free practice sessions
• Free refreshments on pennant and social match days.
• The right to join the board and participate on committees.
• The right to vote at general meetings

Include the large clubhouse divided into two main areas - meeting/dining room with well equipped kitchen, and comfortable lounge area with licenced bar.

Tues:   VLBA Pennant

Wed:   Special tournaments or social bowls

Thurs:  RVBA pennant practice

Fri:      Twilight, Social or Barefoot bowls, happy hour and member’s draw

New bowler:              $0 plus $30 affiliation and insurance fees

Full member               $170
